Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the s1000 platform available on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the s1000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The s1000 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. Users who have not reached the required age are not permitted to register or use this service in any form.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on s1000. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, and any other required details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. s1000 will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the support channels provided.
S1000 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid national ID or passport. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Opening more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are found, s1000 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any credit balances, and decline any pending withdrawal requests without prior notice.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As an s1000 user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set by this platform. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure:
- Using any automated software, bots, or systems designed to exploit or manipulate games and betting systems.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Using credit card or bank account details that do not belong to you to make deposits.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates the laws of Malaysia or the country in which you are located.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the s1000 platform to third parties.
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the operation of this platform's systems in any way.
S1000 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any user found to be in breach of the above rules, in addition to closing the account and forfeiting any existing credit balance.
Payment Information, Deposits & Transactions
All transactions on the s1000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers via approved institutions such as Maybank and CIMB, as well as designated e-wallets. s1000 is not responsible for any fees or additional charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. s1000 reserves the right to process withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe and may request additional verification before approving amounts that exceed certain limits.
Any transaction suspected of fraud or money laundering will be blocked immediately, and a report will be submitted to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. s1000 reserves the right to hold the balance of any account under investigation until the investigation is concluded.
Bonuses and promotions are subject to separate rollover requirements as specified in each offer's details. Failure to meet these requirements prior to making a withdrawal may result in the relevant bonus being forfeited.
Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property
S1000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions caused by technical issues, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not guarantee that services will be available without interruption at all times.
S1000 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or using the platform in a manner that is harmful to other users. Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to claim any credit balance remaining in that account.
All content on the s1000 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of s1000 or parties who have licensed it to us. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any content without explicit written consent from s1000.
The s1000 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. s1000 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites separately before using them.
Amendments & Applicable Law
S1000 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the s1000 platform following any amendments constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, unless both parties agree to resolve the matter through arbitration or another mutually agreed method.
